If you haven't tried this combo before and you are not sure what wine pairs well with sushi I would suggest a good old Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio. I usually pair fish meals with white wines but the beautiful thing about wine pairing is that you can literally go wild and explore different things and its all about what you like.

Over all experience was phenomenal we sat outside it does get a little windy but absolutely loved the vibe and food.
