With Easter weekend approaching I have been thinking about doing a twist on the traditional Hot Cross Bun. I have a yummy recipe for you to try over the long weekend. Taking the well known basic bread pudding and replacing it with hot cross buns. I love the idea of a warm sweet and spicy treat paired with a glass of red wine.

We will be home for the holidays and with this autumn weather a warm pudding and with wine just sounds perfect.
